Our vision is to build a community that has the knowledge, resources and relationships to support each other and their children so that all children achieve success and belong to a connected, inclusive and multicultural community.

Any E.L. Haynes Elementary School community member who is interested in connecting with
and supporting one another is a part of ROAR. ​
