ROAR hosted its final Café ROAR of the 2025–2026 school year. Families gathered to share reflections on the current school year as well as their ideas and hopes for summer activities and the year ahead. With Staff Appreciation Week approaching, families also took time to express what they value most about EL Haynes and its dedicated staff. ROAR looks forward to continuing to connect with families and building strong partnerships. .

ROAR completed its six-week basketball program, providing students with an exciting opportunity to build their skills and confidence on the court. Students in the lower grades focused on fundamental techniques such as passing, defense, and shooting. And, our upper-grade students continued developing their abilities, including ball handling, man-to-man defense, and overall team play. Our parent coaches were fantastic, bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every session. T

We shook off the winter chill and danced our way into spring at ROAR’s School Family Dance! The night was filled with delicious food, fantastic music, and fun for the whole family. Families hit the dance floor to an amazing playlist from our very own ROAR parent DJ, shared laughter and camaraderie with classmates, and enjoyed plenty of pizza and snacks to keep the energy high. ROAR hosted its STEAM Night on March 13th, creating an exciting and engaging evening for our elementary families. Students and their families explored hands-on experiments and interactive activities designed to spark curiosity and inspire learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. We are grateful to our STEAM Night coordinators and volunteer presenters for sharing their passion and enthusiasm. Their efforts helped highlight the magic of learning, exp
