Staff Appreciation Week: Lights, Camera, Appreciation!

In celebration of Staff Appreciation Week, ROAR rolled out the red carpet for our incredible elementary school staff with this year’s theme: “Lights, Camera, Appreciation!” Throughout the week, we celebrated the dedication, care, and hard work that our teachers and staff bring to our school community each and every day.

We kicked off the week on Monday with a welcoming coffee bar and breakfast, followed by grab-and-go snack bags on Tuesday. Caregivers from each grade level helped organize thoughtful gifts and recognition for members of our school family including grade-level teachers, specials teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.

One of the highlights of the week was our staff appreciation event featuring a catered lunch complete with music, a photo booth, a drinks bar, and a creative pottery painting station. To make the celebration even more memorable, we hosted a fun raffle featuring generous donations from local businesses and community supporters.

We are incredibly grateful to all the volunteers and community partners who helped make this week such a success. Most importantly, we thank our amazing staff members for the care, commitment, and enthusiasm they bring to our students every single day.
